Ron Rehquist Owner

Ron Rehnquist has grown up in the So. California area. He has been in construction starting back in 1977. Ron started out working for his father and uncles framing company and was introduced early on to sweeping floors and working his way up to journeymen carpenter. Sometimes traveling to where ever the jobs took them, he learned early in his short life, what hard work really was. Through the years he's gained most of his general contracting experience working as a superintendent up to estimating and project management with Lindsley Construction. With well over 2 decades and a close relationship Ron learned working side be side with owner first hand, excellent construction management and people skills.

Ron's people-oriented personality and extensive background in both the carpentry, framing/drywall trades have helped him succeed in the construction industry. He also has extensive knowledge with Cal/DAG  ADA compliancy for commercial construction.

Ron has efficiently supervised a diversity of projects Since 1987 including tenant improvements for Toni & Guy Hairdress Academy’s, Management offices ( Tustin Market Place, Bella Terra and Fashion Island), Upper Deck, No Rest for Bridget, Madison Bleu, Core Power Yoga (Bella Terra & Aliso Vejo), Andavi Salon, Pialago Cleaners (Crystal Cove and Woodbury Center), Angle’s Salons (Santa Ana Main Place & Ontario Mills Mall), Allen Edward Salon, RR Media, Go Sport, Patricia’s Southern Charm, Cheri’s in Atruim Court, T-Berry’s Yogurt, Carl's Jr., Coco's, El Pollo Loco and Denny’s. Some of the exterior remodels include Felicita Plaza, Mira Mesa Mall, La Habra Market Place, Bank of America & Market Place Irvine.

His goal is to bring excellence to the job site in every possible manifestation: safety, attitude, quality, and customer service. This is evident in that Ron has been able to bring in the majority of his jobs ahead of schedule due to his relentless scheduling and hard work, winning the respect of our subcontractors, clients, and their employees.
